LT Jeff Withington is submariner who served his first tour on the USS Hartford, an LA class submarine stationed in Groton, CT. After serving as the Damage Control Assistant and Quality Assurance Officer, he is very much enjoying his shore tour at the Naval Academy teaching tennis and racquetball as a physical education instructor. Jeff is a 2010 graduate of the Naval Academy where he majored in history and minored in Chinese language.
